When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Student Voice Forums are your chance to talk to the SU and staff in your faculty about all the things going well in your academic journey as well as improvements that can be made to make your student experience better.

The SU will then take your feedback and make sure the right people in the University or SU hear this feedback and try to make changes for the benefit of students.

Student Voice Forums are open to ALL students in the Education, English Lit and Lang school and you can attend online or in person.
