When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Our fright night Halloween extravaganza is sure to test your nerve and be a night you'll never forget. Are you brave enough to try out the spine-tingling 'Bucket of Blood' cocktail or will you risk a shot of the legendary 'Brain Haemorrhage'.

Dress up in your most ghoulish outfit and you'll get to spin our shot roulette wheel and get a free drink on arrival (soft drinks available).

VIP package

Come along with friends and take advantage of our VIP deals. For a minimum of 5 people you can get a free bottle of spirit + mixers or a selection of alcopops and soft drinks. The more in your group, the more drinks you all get!

Festivities commence at 10pm in the Hub and the music will come from the awesome DJ Wreckdown.
