Get Advice
We hope university will be one of the best experiences of your life! But, we also know it has its ups and downs, and it can be tough. In case you do have any issues, Beds SU’s Advice Service is here to help.
To get started, click 'Get Help' to view our knowledgebase and to get in touch with the team.
How can we help?
We provide impartial, confidential advice on all aspects of university life. We work independently from the University and are there to empower all University of Bedfordshire students. We are also well networked with local organisations in the community to signpost you to if we cannot help directly.
We can support students with; academic disputes, housing, health & wellbeing, finance, safety matters, student conduct & complaints.

Community Pantry

We will be closing the pantry during August and will update on when the service will resume in due course.
The cost-of-living is an issue effecting most people in the UK right now, including our student community.
We are proud of the work we have done to deliver access to Community Pantries in Luton, Bedford as well as parcel drives on other campuses.
There is currently reduced access to this service inline with the reduction in Advice drop-in sessions as we work through some organisational changes.
We will be closing the pantry during August and will update on when the service will resume in due course. We know that this is a vital service for students, and we appreciate that your needs may continue throughout the summer. We have been liaising with other local services which you can access as required. Please find all details here for Luton services and here for Bedford.
