We hope university will be one of the best experiences of your life! But, we also know it has its ups and downs, and it can be tough. In case you do have any issues, Beds SU’s Advice Service is here to help.
To get started, click 'Get Help' to view our knowledgebase and to get in touch with the team.
We are entering a very busy time of the year. Please be aware of any deadlines you may have been given to respond to people or departments within the University. The more notice you can give us the better support we can offer you.
How can we help?
We provide impartial, confidential advice on all aspects of university life. We work independently from the university and are there to empower all University of Bedfordshire students. We are also well networked with local organisations in the community to signpost you to if we cannot help directly.
We can support students with; academic disputes, housing, health & wellbeing, finance, safety matters, student conduct & complaints.
For further details on the remit of the Beds SU Advice Service, please check out our Advice Service Manual.

The above drop-ins can also be accessed in person at the Luton campus. Please come to the SU helpdesk on the Mezzanine floor G block Campus Centre.
Additionally we will be offering online Drop-ins on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm - 6pm, especially for those with work or caring commitments.
(Meeting ID: 925 2058 5552, Passcode: 636962)
You should not need to download/sign up to Zoom in order to access the drop-in, and you should be able to access this through any browser/smartphone. If you have problems, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The cost-of-living is an issue effecting most people in the UK right now, including our student community.
Your Exec Team wanted to ensure that as your SU, we could play our part in offering short term support to students, experiencing extenuating circumstances and unforeseen hardship.
