Here’s our quick guide to help you keep your academic life from becoming a horror story:

1. Beware the Calendar Curse 📅  The scariest thing this Halloween isn’t the haunted house down the street—it’s your academic calendar! Make sure to mark all your assignment deadlines. Trust us, missing a deadline is more terrifying than any monster. If you can’t make a deadline. Apply for mitigation

Don’t forget the Golden Rule – Submit or mitigate

2. The Phantom of Procrastination 👻 Procrastination is like a phantom that haunts every student. Don’t let it possess you! Start your assignments early, or you might find yourself pulling an all-nighter with only popcorn to keep you company.

3. Zombie Mode: Activated 🧟 If you do end up in zombie mode from too much studying, remember to take breaks. A quick walk, a snack, or even a short nap can bring you back to life.

4. Witching Hour Wisdom 🕛 The 'witching hour' (midnight) is not the best time to start studying. Try to get your work done during the day so you can enjoy the spooky festivities at night without the looming dread of unfinished assignments.

5. Trick or Treat (Yourself) 🍬 Reward yourself for staying on top of your work. Finished an assignment? Treat yourself to your favourite chocolate or a fun activity. Positive reinforcement works better than any spell.

6. Ghostly Reminders 👻Set reminders on your phone or computer to keep track of your deadlines. That way, you won’t have to rely on a ghost to haunt you with forgotten assignments!
