When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

The once a year event will be taking place in Luton's Stockwood Park and boasts a stellar line up of World Class acts over the three day festival. Artists such as Coldplay, RAYE, Rag’n Bone Man and Becky Hill will be entertaining the sold out crowds in what is sure to be a fantastic occasion.

All the tickets were snapped up in hours and Luton will be a teeming with visitors from the UK and worldwide.

If you live in and around the area please make allowances for the potential severe disruption in and around the Stockwood Park area. There will also be implications across the whole town and surrounding areas.

If you have in person classes in Luton on Friday we advise checking your journey and routes including on public transport in case of distruption.
