When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Voting in our Student Elections is now closed!

Thank you to all our candidates for their enthusiasm and passion during campaigning and of course to everyone who voted. Turnout was fantastic, and it was great to see so many people engaged in such important decisions!

Results show

The results will be announced on Wednesday 19 March at 16:00 during our special results event in the Metro.

Everyone is invited so please come along, grab some free refreshments and find out who your full-time Student Campaigns Leads and part-time Student Champions (Faculties) will be for 2025/26.

If you can't get to the Metro, don't worry, you can still catch all the action as it happens via our live stream.
