You don’t even have to be on this course to get involved: you might be interested in undertaking further study in this area, for example. Our Academic Communities do everything from study groups and co-curricular trip (e.g. to special exhibitions on a topic), to extra-curricular socials that are just for fun.

The society has the following aim:

• To bring together students studying Applied Education through blended learning at Bedford Campus.
  

The society has the following objectives:

• Provide social opportunities for student members of the Applied Education Blended Learning Society
  
• Provide a peer support network for students studying Applied Education through blended learning on part-time courses
  
• Enhance the student experience of society members during their time at UoB.
