Blended and Distance Learning Community

Our Academic Communities do everything from study groups and co-curricular trip (e.g. to special exhibitions on a topic), to extra-curricular socials that are just for fun.

You don’t even have to be on this course to get involved: you might be interested in undertaking further study in this area, for example. 

The society has the following aim:

• To bring together students studying at Blended and Distance Learning Courses.
  

The society has the following objectives:

• Provide social opportunities for student members 
  
• Provide a peer support network for students studying on Distance learning  through blended learning.
  
• Enhance the student experience of society members during their time at UoB.
