Bedford Campus Residents (Associate Membership)

Associate Membership costs just £5 per academic year and grants you access to The Hub - our bar and social space on the Bedford Campus - and the events held therein. 

Our regular events programme is 100% FREE entry*, once you have purchased your Associate Membership card. You can even sign 1 non-member in to each event as your guest (with appropriate 18+ age ID), but beware, you are responsible for their behaviour! 

Due to the nature and location of our social opportunities, students must be over 18 years old in order to receive an Associate Membership pass. Your Associate Membership pass will need to be shown in order to access Beds SU events, and any guests will need to show age ID to prove they are also over 18 years old.

For the avoidance of doubt, Associate Members will not have access to other services from Beds SU, nor be eligible to stand for election at any level or vote in the democratic forums of the Union.
