When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Birmingham Campus

The London School of Commerce Birmingham is located on the 17th floor of the McLaren Building.

A five-minute walk from the Bullring, there are a tremendous amount of shops, cafes and restaurants for you to enjoy. Student's amenities include a library, student common room with vending and coffee machine, cold water machine and microwave and reduced-fare parking (enquire with LSC reception on the 17th floor about how to activate this discount).

Want to find out more about how we work for YOU? Students can now access an online induction which they can complete in their own time. It will only take you around 10 minutes to complete, and will provide you with a brief overview of how we, as your SU, aim to ensure you get the most out of your experience here at University of Bedfordshire.
