Emil Dale Academy in Hitchin, Hertfordshire trains people in Musical Theatre and produces full-scale productions accompanied by live West End bands.
As part of a collaboration with the University of Bedfordshire, Emil Dale teaches a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre.
Hitchin, Hertfordshire is a small, market town of just over 30,000 residents, with records of its existence dating back around 1000 years. The historic town centre boasts pretty cobbled streets lined with a mixture of buildings from the Tudor and Georgian periods, housing a surprisingly high number of independent cafes, restaurants and shops. and has plenty of pubs and bars.

Train: Hitchin railway station has frequent direct services to/from London (35 minutes) and connections to all stations along the East Coast mainline.
Bus: Centrebus service 81A from Hitchin town centre and railway station takes you as far as Tristram Road bus stop. From there, it's a 12 minute walk to the Academy.
