When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Join us during the International Festival of Culture week Games Night for our weekly table tennis tournament. Each week’s champion will get to choose one of the following prizes:

• A 10-inch pizza of their choice

• Or A Metro Café drink of their choice up to the value of £5

• Or A Metro Bar drink of their choice, up to the value of £5

If you already come along to the regular Games Night's anyway, why not sign up for the tournament while you’re there. It’s the perfect chance to win a drink or snack of your choice to enjoy on the night!
