When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Join us for our first event of the year for the Student with Disabilities Network!

Do you self-define as a student with a disability? You can join our network for FREE! Come along to meet members with shared characteristics or experiences, and amplify the voice of student communities.

Don't worry if you're not a member, you can sign up on the day!

During this event we welcome new students to Beds SU, and catch up with returning students. We will share ideas for the year ahead, introduce Beds SU staff, and discuss our upcoming elections for our Network Champion Roles.
