When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

To mark Disability History Month, Beds SU is proud to be screening the award winning Docu/Film - Is Anybody Out There. The film follows the personal story from filmmaker Ella Glendinings search to find others who share her disability while shining a light on the challenges of loving yourself while navigating daily discrimination and the pervasiveness of ableism.

The film is free to view and refreshments will be served
