When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Radio LaB Society are getting together for a lively meet‑up packed with exciting chatter: fresh ideas for Radio LaB upgrades, plans for our residency, creative schemes for LGBT History Month, and all the buzz around our upcoming IFoC (International Festival of Culture) adventures. It’s going to be a fun mix of brainstorming and big energy.

Once we wrap up, we’re heading out for a chilled social hang at The Whitehouse Wetherspoons from 5pm. Anyone who fancies good food, good company, and a good laugh is more than welcome to join.
