When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

The Green Fashion Showcase makes its return for the 2023/24 academic year! The showcase will be taking place on Friday, 1st December and we want ALL students to get involved!

In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to use Beds SU materials, such as paints or felt-tips, to get started on your creations. Brainstorm your new designs or just come and have a discussion about Sustainable Fashion whilst you eat mince pies. It's all free!
