When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

As part of our Disability History Month plans we would like to welcome students to this informal social. This is an opportunity to meet with other students who self define as a member of the community, seek support and advice if required and have your say in the renaming of the community to ensure it is inclusive to all.

Refreshments will be available and we will be showing the award-winning film - Theory of Everything straight after the catch up.
