When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Are you considering your first or next student house move? Are you looking to find housemates or a place of your own? If you have answered yes to any of these questions this is the event for you!

Our Advice and Support team are delighted to be hosting an event in collaboration with the University and your current Co-President Chidera Umeh to share all their knowledge on all things related to student accommodation.

The team will be on hand to answer your questions and will be offer information on the following areas:

What is your budget?
Looking for a housemate check list
House hunting checklist
What are your rights as a tenant?
Share your feedback on your experience so far with your Co-President Chidera

After talking to them you will be safe in the knowledge you have all the information you need to make your next move. You may even find a housemate or two if needed as well.
