When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

We have heard from a number of parents and carers recently who would love the opportunity to meet other students with a shared experience of caring for or supporting a family member with additional needs.

So we are delighted to be hosting our first SEND parent/carer social! If this is something you would like to come along to then please join us for a social on Monday 24 November between 12.30 - 13.30PM, The Hub, Bedford campus. It's free to attend and refreshments will be served.
