When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Beds SU's Green Fashion Show is back!

Last year, we got some feedback from Arts and Creative Industries about how they would like a space to showcase their different skills... and the rest is history!

We received some fantastic pieces for our Fashion Show last year, and this year we want it to be even bigger.

We will be celebrating the fantastic creations made by our students, providing more information on sustainable clothing. There will be refreshments available, so come and have a look at the works on show and vote for your favourite.

This will be in the form of a showcase, so please come along at any time between 12pm and 2pm to take a look.
