The event was the brainchild of your Beds SU Sabbatical Officers and designed to offer all UoB Reps an informative, educational and interactive experience.
Wide ranging discussions
Throughout the day there were sessions on a range of topics including;

Delegates were also given the chance to have a professional LinkedIn picture taken and hear from the UoB Careers Team about how they can use the skills learnt as a UoB Rep in the future.
The day closed with a networking session where pizza and refreshments were the order of the day.
'Benefit the student community'
Speaking about RepCon 2024, Co-President Chidinma Akwada said,
“As Sabbatical Officers, we are committed to making a real difference to student life. The conference gave us a perfect platform to help Course Reps, give them opportunities to feedback to us and learn how to work together. This will only benefit the student community and we are proud it was such a success!”
Patrick Tugbe, Campus Rep for Aylesbury also shared,
"It was a remarkable day spent alongside individuals united by a vision to foster seamless learning and positivity. Engaging and interacting with the leaders and advocates from our diverse university campuses was an honour."
