As the new term gets underway, we wanted to do a little shout-out for our Advice team who are always here for you.

Whether you are returning to campus or starting your foundation or first year with us here at the University of Bedfordshire, we are mindful that you may need to reach out for support and advice in your initial few weeks.

That's why the Beds SU Advice team will be available everyday for online drop-in sessions from Monday 13 September.

What are the Advice Team Drop-in sessions?

Whether you want to discuss recent grades and how to appeal or have initial worries and concerns about starting University, our friendly and supportive team of advisors are on hand to help.

From Monday 13 September to Friday 24 September 2021 (weekdays only), the Advice team will be on hand for virtual drop-in sessions at the following times:

Morning session: 10:30 to 12:00

Afternoon session: 14:30 to 16:00

How to join the sessions

You can join these sessions on Zoom for FREE from wherever you are in the world. If you are on-campus in Luton, you can head over to the Helpdesk on the Mezzanine floor in G Block, where you will offered a confidential space and an iPad for your video call.

From Monday 27, September Advice drop-ins will be offered Monday, Wednesday and Fridays between 10.30am – 12pm. These sessions sit alongside bookable appointments which you can book online at www.beds.co.uk/advice or by request by emailing the team at help@beds.co.uk (please include your full name and Student ID). The team will respond to you within 72 hours and wherever possible signpost you to the most appropriate place or person.
