When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Christmas is a lovely time to get creative from making decorations, gifts or enjoying activities with friends and family. Read on to discover some of our favourite ideas.

Christmas is a time of giving and a homemade gift is a lovely way to embody the Christmas spirit. It’s also a great way of getting family or friends in the festive mood.

Most craft ideas are inexpensive and can be created with materials you already have.

Come Craft with Us

We will be holding three craft sessions on the following dates:

Tuesday 6 December:

•Library, Luton at 11am

Thursday 8 December:

• Campus Centre, Bedford at 11am

• Parents and Children event, Metro, Luton at 16.30pm

Come join us and enjoy making scented bath salts, Christmas decorations and Christmas cards with your children (if attending the family event). You can find all the details on our events page.
