We are social!

When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Beer and Conversation Society

We are a casual society for members to meet up over a beverage of their choice and to have social conversations about whatever topic they choose, includes a monthly pub crawl night as well as opportunities for monthly cocktail nights and pub quizzes.

Our aims:

To bring students together over common interests
Enjoy the perks of Luton with different locations per week
To be inclusive and have a good time all round
