We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Position Information

The Head of Marketing shall be responsible for the overall image and visual character of the team that is communicated to any external parties or affiliations. This includes all the branding, social media content as well as the upkeep of the group’s area of the Beds SU website. The Head of Marketing must oversee and support all the production of media within the team as well as create strategies for the enhancement of the team’s branding and exposure. The Head of Marketing shall attend meetings of the Societies’ Council and Beds Students’ Union AGM as a representative of the society. They shall be a signatory for release of payments from society funds. The Head of Marketing can deputise for the President on any situation, particularly on the matters that fall under its portfolio.
