When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Join us for an informal and social Student Forum to discuss the opportunities and challenges people with disabilities face when seeking employment. This event seeks to capture your views and explore the ways in which the SU and University can better support students into getting employment alongside their studies or post university.

Your Co-President Seyi Lowo, members of the University Careers team and to be confirmed local charities and business will join the conversation.

This event is open to All students with disabilities and if you are unable to join in person there will be online access via Microsoft teams.
