When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

We’re kicking things off with a deep dive into the 2010s — the decade that gave us unforgettable music, iconic pop culture moments, and the rise of streaming, memes, and festival anthems.

Join us for an evening of nostalgia-packed vibes as we rewind to the sounds, stories, and standout moments that shaped the era. Expect great music, fun throwbacks, and a brilliant atmosphere as Radio Lab brings the decade back to life.
