When you join the University of Bedfordshire, you don't just join the University - you also become a member of Bedfordshire Students' Union (Beds SU)!

We are here to help every student get the most out of their university experience. We campaign on issues that you care about, as well as provide lots of opportunities for you to meet new people, develop your skills, campaign for change and try something new!

Advice

In order to make sure your voice is heard throughout the year we rely on student representatives.

We have elected student representatives for different communities within the University to make sure we represent everyone.

You can become a student leader for any of the communities you are a part of.

Beds SU has two fantastic venues available – The Metro in Luton and The Hub in Bedford. Both venues were recently refurbished in a modern, rustic style.

Calling all UoB students interested in Social Enterprise projects – Join us at the Metro to find out more about Enactus Bedfordshire Society and our affiliation to Enactus UK.

We build and run Social Enterprises, but we also run projects that purely make money or purely benefit the community, a social enterprise is a combination of the two. Our Project Teams will compete against other Universities, regionally, nationally, an internationally.

We are looking to build our team up again this year and would love to have the opportunity to let you know about our current projects and to also hear about your project ideas.

Membership of our society costs £5 for the current year, and we will be giving out Enactus Bedfordshire UoB paperweights to everyone who sign up on the day!
