1. The University of Bedfordshire (UoB) implement a university wide Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the University and Students.

2. UoB to deliver a high standard of Academic Support across all courses and all sites.

3. UoB to deliver a high standard of Administrative and Welfare support across all courses and all sites

A service-level agreement (SLA) defines the level of service expected from the university, laying out metrics by which service is measured, as well as remedies should service levels not be achieved.
