- Beds SU has a legal responsibility to hold free, fair and transparent elections under the Education Act 1994. In order to meet this obligation, Beds SU puts in place rules to uphold the guiding principles of our elections. You can report a grievance via the Grievance Form.

Applications must be submitted by this date & time
> 7 March 2025, 10:00 – Voting Opens
Voting for all positions opens and campaigning begins
> 17 March 2025, 10:00 – Voting Closes
Campaigning comes to an end and voting closes. The count begins shortly afterwards.
> 19 March 2025 – Results Announced
Once the votes are counted and verified, the winners are announced.
