There are a number of policies that relate to societies. The most relevant policies for societies can be found below for your reference. However please remember there are policies that govern how the Students Union is run, including the Beds SU Bylaws, which superseded policies solely relating to societies.
The Societies' Rules and Regulations are reviewed and updated at least annually or sooner, if a need arises due to unforeseen changes that may affect societies and how they function.
Please remember that if a society continually breaches any of these policies they will be tabled for suspension and could face disaffiliation.
